At Daniel’s Jewelry, we’re committed to providing lasting value and exceptional service long after your purchase. Our Lifetime Upgrade Policy allows you to upgrade your jewelry at any time while receiving full credit for your original purchase.

Upgrade Eligibility

• All jewelry purchased from Daniel’s Jewelry qualifies for our Lifetime Upgrade Program.

• Jewelry must be in good, original condition without damage or alterations.

Upgrade Guidelines

• The new jewelry item(s) selected must be equal to or greater than double the original purchase price.

• Example: If your original purchase was $1,000, the upgraded selection must total at least $2,000.

Original Purchase Credit

• Qualified items will receive full credit of the original purchase price toward the upgraded jewelry.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for upgrades:

• Damaged or heavily worn jewelry

• Jewelry repaired, modified, or altered by another jeweler

• Personalized or engraved pieces unless approved by Daniel’s Jewelry

Lifetime Jewelry Warranty

Proper care and maintenance help preserve the beauty and integrity of your jewelry. Daniel’s Jewelry proudly offers a Lifetime Jewelry Warranty that includes complimentary maintenance services for the life of your piece.

Included Services

Our warranty includes:

• Prong tightening and repairs

• Professional cleaning

• Polishing and refinishing

• Diamond and gemstone tightening

• One complimentary ring resizing (up to two sizes larger or smaller)

Additional resizing beyond the first adjustment may require a full remake of the ring and may involve additional charges.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Lost or stolen jewelry

• Missing stones caused by damage or excessive wear

• Damage from chemicals, pools, hot tubs, cosmetics, or improper care

• Bent or worn prongs resulting from everyday use

• Jewelry serviced or repaired by another jeweler

• Products purchased through third-party sellers

• Watches

Any service, repair, or modification completed outside of Daniel’s Jewelry will void this warranty.

Repair & Shipping Information

If a repair falls outside warranty coverage, we will provide a repair estimate before any work is completed.

Customers are responsible for shipping jewelry to Daniel’s Jewelry. Return shipping fees are as follows:

• Domestic return shipping: $34.99

• International return shipping: $49.99

Please package all items securely. Daniel’s Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

We strongly recommend purchasing jewelry insurance to protect against theft, loss, or accidental damage.

5-Year Watch Protection Warranty

To help maintain the appearance and functionality of your watch, Daniel’s Jewelry offers a 5-Year Protection Warranty that includes complimentary maintenance and servicing during the coverage period.

Covered Services

This warranty includes:

• Tightening loose bands

• Securing loose prongs

• Resetting fallen diamonds when applicable

Warranty Exclusions

This protection plan does not cover:

• Water damage

• Physical or accidental damage

• Cracked or damaged glass/crystal

• Damage to bezels, cases, crowns, bracelets, clasps, screws, buckles, or finishes

• Theft or loss

• Missing stones due to impact or misuse

Please note: Diamond-customized watches are not waterproof or water-resistant.

Repairs or modifications performed by third-party repair shops will void the warranty. Daniel’s Jewelry does not reimburse third-party repair expenses.

Please package watches carefully. Daniel’s Jewelry is not responsible for shipping-related damage or loss.
