Return & Exchange Policy

At Daniel Jewelry Ny , customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines carefully before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached, including any complimentary items received with the purchase.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

  • Final sale items, customized pieces, engraved jewelry, personalized items, and wedding bands are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, refunds, exchanges, or reversals of store credit cannot be processed.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

International Orders

Free returns and exchanges are not available for international orders. International customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to returns or exchanges.

Daniel jewelry  is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit when shipped using a label or shipping method not provided by us.

Any package returned using a personal shipping method must include the original invoice with the order number clearly indicated.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, excluding any shipping or delivery charges.

Please allow up to 5-8  business days for your refund to appear after processing. If your refund has not appeared within this timeframe:

  1. Verify your bank account activity

  2. Contact your credit card provider or banking institution, as processing times may vary

Order Conditions

Orders totaling over $6,500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as these pieces are specially produced and prepared for each client.

Watch Return Policy

Watch Return Eligibility

Watches may be returned within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The watch must be brand new, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, original packaging, warranty cards, booklets, and certificates must be included

  • Returns missing packaging, tags, or documentation will not be accepted

  • Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, sizing, water exposure, or damage are not eligible for return

Brand New Watch Returns

New watches are eligible for return; however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Notice

Daniel's Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above and may apply deductions where applicable.
